Mortgage retirement dinner

Parkman Congregational Church is holding a mortgage retirement dinner Feb. 19, from 5 to 7 p.m., in the church social hall. Dinner will include stuffed cabbage rolls, mashed potatoes, side vegetable, applesauce, rolls and dessert.

Cost of the dinner is by donation. Carryout meals will be available.

Maple sugaring time is a very special time of the year in Northeast Ohio. Steam rising from the sugarhouse and the smell of boiling sap and wood smoke fills the air.
