Newbury Elementary fourth, fifth and sixth-grade students had the opportunity to travel the globe via Tania Aebi's lecture and PowerPoint presentation Jan. 8. She was the first American woman and the youngest to circumnavigate the globe alone in her sailboat Varuna beginning at age 18.
