Services for Adam J. Nolan, age 19, of Chardon, will be Wednesday, Nov. 21 at 11 a.m. at the Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon.
Adam died Nov. 17, 2012, at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center.
Born Dec. 21, 1992, in Claridon Township, he was the son of Sarah A. Nolan and Tom Lane of Chardon. He has been a lifelong Chardon resident.
Adam was a very talented artist and musician. He had a high fashion sense and a wonderful sense of humor.
He will be greatly missed by all of his many friends and family.
Survivors include his grandparents Jack and Carole (nee Vodegel) Nolan of Chardon, and Tom and Michelle Lane of Chardon; sisters, Sadie Lane and Sierra Elias; brother, T.J. Lane; many cousins, aunts and uncles.
The family will receive friends Tuesday, Nov. 20 from 4-7 p.m. at the funeral home.
