Thomas R. “Tom” Fisher, of Lakewood, Ohio, died Nov. 11, 2012, at University Hospitals, Cleveland. He was 36.
Born Sept. 11, 1976, in Claridon Township, Tom lived in Chardon before moving to Lakewood one and a half years ago.
He was a truck driver for Beverage Distributors in Cuyahoga County. While in truck driving school, Tom did an externship with Swift Trucking.
Tom Fisher marred Kelly Murray in Chardon on July 22, 2002.
Tom was a graduate of Chardon High School, class of 1995.
He was an avid sports fan. For many years, Tom played softball throughout the Geauga County area. He enjoyed watching all Cleveland sports teams and The Ohio State University football games.
His greatest joy was spending time with his daughters.
Tom is survived by his wife, Kelly (nee Murray) Fisher of Lakewood; daughters, Taylor and Cami Fisher of Lakewood; father, Bill Fisher of Orwell; mother, Nancy Ehrhart of Chardon; brother, Bill Fisher Jr. of Chardon; and mother in law, Loretta Murray of Chardon.
He was preceded in death by his father in law, John B. Murray.
Funeral services will be held at 8 p.m. Nov. 16 at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon. Deacon Will Payne of St. Helen’s Catholic Church, Newbury Township, will officiate.
Visitation is Nov. 16, 2-4 p.m. and 6–8 p.m., at the funeral home.
Burial will take place in All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township, at 11 a.m. Nov. 17.
