Sharing science fairs
Students at St. Helen School in Newbury Township are preparing to share the results of their research in science with students at their partner school, St. Francis in Cleveland.
Seventh and eighth-graders have been developing their projects over the past two months and are now prepared to present them before science judges on Feb. 2. The two classes come together for sharing twice a year for science sharing and games.
St. Helen School Open House
Come and visit St. Helen School on Feb. 5 during Catholic Schools Week to see its science, economics and health fairs featuring the students in grades 4 through 8. The school will be open following the 11 a.m. Mass until 2 p.m. Faculty and staff will be available to share curriculum and to show students using technology to enhance their learning.
