West Geauga Middle School art teacher Kim Mathis hurls a snowball at the back of Principal Jim Kish as part of a United Way fundraiser Tuesday. Sixth- through eighth-grade students received the opportunity to chuck snowballs at Kish and long-time math teacher John Wilson during their lunch periods.

King of Hearts crowned

Parent-teacher conferences scheduled

Parent-teacher evening conferences will be held for parents/guardians of students in grades K-5 from 5 to 8 p.m. Feb. 18 at Lindsey and Westwood elementary schools.
