Chamber Golf Outing
The second annual Middlefield Chamber of Commerce golf outing is Aug. 23 at Grandview Golf Course, 13404 Old State Road, Middlefield. The format is 4-person scramble.
Register to play as an individual for $70 or as foursomes for $280. Lunch and dinner are included. Prizes awarded for top three teams.
There will be door prizes and a raffle for some very nice prizes from generous and community-minded local businesses.
All proceeds will go toward improving safety measures at Cardinal Local Schools.
Sponsorships are still available to sponsor a hole, beer cart or dinner. Dinner only is $20 per person.

Kelly Miller Circus
The Middlefield Chamber of Commerce would like to thank the following businesses that supported the Kelly Miller Circus, which supports the children of Geauga County through Geauga Job and Family Services:
Cardinal Local Schools and staff, Universal Disposal, Bob Baker and staff of Huntington Bank in Middlefield, The Good News and Middlefield Post with their coloring contests and to those who entered and won the contest.
Thanks also go to the ticket outlets who did a great job of selling tickets: Huntington Bank in Middlefield and Burton, Middlefield Bank main and west branch, Cortland Banks, Merryfield Electric, Fig Tree, Hilltop Variety, Coffee Corners, Save A Lot.
