Comment For The Day
I enjoyed the Consumer Connection event held in Middlefield with vendors galore last week. Everyone was there with smiles on their faces and food and products to check out. CareCore asked some serious questions and visitors received a potted plant of petunias or impatiens for answering them correctly.
I hope everyone had a great Mother’s Day. While we were all pelted with hail early in the morning, the remainder of the day included both clouds and sunshine. I enjoyed a great get-together with my granddaughter and wonderful family.
I also hope everyone had a great time at the Chardon High School Prom and AfterProm events over the weekend.
A special thanks goes out to Chardon Kiwanis members Norma and Robert Moses for steering me to the right door of the Kirtland High School on May 11. I needed to attend an important regional Kiwanis meeting for future presidents and vice presidents and discovered the entrance was behind the building.
