Holiday Meal For Seniors

The Geauga County Department on Aging will offer a traditional holiday meal to any Geauga County senior, age 60 and older, who will be home and alone on Christmas Day, Dec. 25.

A friendly volunteer will deliver a hot holiday meal to the seniors home and spend a little time visiting on Christmas.

Senior Center Weekly Events

Chardon Senior Center, 12555 Ravenwood Drive, Chardon, 440-279-2130.

Geauga Renaissance: Dec. 19, 10:30 a.m. The senior choral group will perform favorite songs of the holiday season.

Middlefield Senior Center, 15820 Ridgewood Drive, Middlefield, 440-632-0611.

Chair Exercises: Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays, 9:30 a.m. Arthritis based exercises open to anyone.

West Geauga Senior Center, 11414 Caves Road, Chester, 440-729-2782.

St. Anselm Students Visit: Dec. 18. The second-grade class will come and participate in craft class for the centers home delivered meal clients.

Christmas Party Lunch: Dec. 23. Come and wish each other a happy holiday.
