Free Kinder Classes
Fairmount Center for the Arts will host a morning of free art and dance classes for children ages 2-9 on Jan. 4, from 9 a.m. to noon at its main campus at 8400 Fairmount Road in Russell Township. The class offerings include Kinderdance, ages 2-5, from 9-10 a.m.; Kids' Art, ages 5-9, from 10-11 a.m.; and Young Artists, ages 2-5, from 11 a.m. to noon.
Children who attend the free classes will receive a $20 discount toward their tuition for any art or dance class they register for in the winter session.

Registration Open at GLTG
Registration is now open for a wide variety of classes in the arts for the upcoming winter and spring session at the Geauga Lyric Theater and Art Center. There are offerings in theater, dance and visual arts for youth and adults.
The GLTG is also offering programs designed for youth to explore the arts on school holidays, Feb. 15 and 18, from 8:45 a.m. to 4 p.m. both days.
