It was incorrectly reported in the April 3 edition of the Geauga County?Maple Leaf in “Two Arrested for Aggravated Armed Robbery in Chardon” that Tyelor Rought and Michael Gossard were released on personal recognizance bonds. Chardon Municipal Court Judge Terri Stupica set bond for each man at $50,000 cash or surety.

The “Workplace Drug Abuse” article in the April 3 edition of the Geauga County?Maple Leaf had incorrect information. There have been 93 deaths from heroin in Geauga and Lake Counties. Since May 28, 2013, 173 addicts have been seen in Chardon Municipal Court. Two years ago, one Ohioan died every six hours from an opiate addiction, now it is one every five hours. And many employment litigation cases have to do with drugs.
