14-F-000816 – CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc., Plaintiff vs. Jeffrey M. Mann, et al., Defendants
Susan Marie Marino, whose last known address is Address Unknown, and The Unknown Heirs, Devisees, Legatees, Executors, Administrators, Spouses and Assigns and the Unknown Guardians of Minor and/or Incompetent Heirs of Susan Marie Marino, all of whose residences are unknown and cannot by reasonable diligence be ascertained, will take notice that on the 8th day of October, 2014, CitiMortgage, Inc. successor by merger to Principal Residential Mortgage, Inc. filed its Complaint in the Common Pleas Court of Geauga County, 100 Short Court, First Floor, Chardon, Ohio 44024 in Case No. 14-F-000816, on the docket of the Court, and the object and demand for relief of which pleading is to foreclose the lien of plaintiff’s mortgage recorded upon the following described real estate to wit:
Property Address: 9636 Kim Drive, Chesterland Township, OH 44026
and being more particularly described in plaintiff’s mortgage recorded in Mortgage Book 1420, page 1073, of this County Recorder’s Office.
All of the above named defendants are required to answer within twenty-eight (28) days after last publication, which shall be published once a week for three consecutive weeks, or they might be denied a hearing in this case.

An Ordinance Hiring Johnathan Paige as a Full Time Police Officer, Contingent upon his Completing the Requirements of Section 139.01 of the Codified Ordinances, at the Pay Rate of $19.49 per hour, and Declaring an Emergency.

Ordinance 14-142
An Ordinance Hiring Steven C. Fertig Jr. as a Full Time Police Officer, Contingent upon his Completing the Requirements of Section 139.01 of the Codified Ordinances, at the Pay Rate of $19.49 per hour, and Declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 14-24
A Resolution Authorizing an Amendment to the Regulations Governing Economic Development Funds, and Declaring an Emergency.

Resolution 14-25
A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter into an Agreement with the United State Department of Agriculture to Accept the Proposal RBEG Revolving Loan Fund Grant of $99,000, and Declaring an Emergency.

A Resolution Authorizing the Village Administrator to Enter into a Development Agreement with Richard A. Bonner, Pursuant to Which Bonner will Partially Fund Public Infrastructure Improvements at the Bonner Farms Industrial Park, and Declaring an Emergency.

GEAUGA PARK DISTRICT BYLAWS
The following article contains an amendment to the Bylaws of Geauga Park District as approved by the Board of Commissioners, November 5, 2014:

ARTICLE XXI ACTIVITIES
Consistent with the purpose set forth in Article I, park activities, including preservation, conservation, and approved outdoor recreation, will include and may be conducted on park land pursuant to the provisions of O.R.C. §§1545.09 and 1545.11 and subject to the Rules and Regulations as amended from time to time by the Park Board.
