Situated in Burton Township, Lots 18, 19 & 20 in Geauga County, Ohio, bounded substantially as follows: North by lands of O. & M. Hering, East by lands of the City of Akron, South by lands of Gander, West by lands of Gander; containing 158 acres, more or less.

The primary term of the Lease was for twenty (20) years, beginning August 5, 1979, expiring on August 5, 1999. The Lease remains in force after the primary term only so much longer thereafter either (1) as oil and gas or their constituents shall be found on the premises in paying quantities in the judgment of the Lessee or as the premises shall be operated by the Lessee in the search for oil or gas, or (2) as gas shall be removed into, in and from any sands, strata or formations underlying the premises. No oil or gas or any of their constituents have been or are being produced from said premises, no operations in the search for or production of oil and/or gas have occurred on the premises, and no gas has been injected into, or is being stored in, any subsurface strata below the premises.

The primary term of the Lease was for two (2) years, beginning October 15, 1982, expiring on October 15, 1984. The Lease remains in force after the primary term only as long thereafter as operations for oil or gas are being conducted on the premises, or oil or gas is found in paying quantities or can be produced thereon. No oil or gas has been produced on the premises.

C. Gasearch, Inc. is hereby notified that it is or may be the record interest holder of the oil and gas lease from Harvey J. Byler and Alma E. Byler to Gasearch, Inc. in the lease dated August 21, 1985, recorded in Volume 744, Page 175, and re-recorded in Volume 746, Page 680 of the Geauga County Records, encumbering the following property:

Situated in Section 41, Township of Middlefield, County of Geauga and State of Ohio, bounded substantially as follows: North by lands of Barkman, East by lands of Newcomb Rd., South by lands of C. Bender, West by lands of Rothenbuler and Bender; containing 65 acres, more or less.

The primary term of the Lease was for one (1) year, beginning August 21, 1985, expiring on August 21, 1986. The Lease remains in force after the primary term only as much longer thereafter as Oil and/or Gas can be produced thereon in paying quantities. No oil or gas has been produced on the premises and oil and gas are not capable of being produced from the premises.

The present owners of the oil and gas mineral rights underlying all or part of the leased premises formerly encumbered by the above leases are Urie U. Byler and Susan G. Byler aka Susan J. Byler, being the successor in interest to the original Lessor. Urie and Susan Byler acquired their interest in the said oil and gas mineral rights pursuant to the Assignments recorded in the Geauga County, Ohio, official records, at Volume 1902, pages 2627, 2629, 2634, 2638, and 2641.

The primary term of the Lease was for ten (10) years, beginning February 4, 1921, expiring on February 4, 1931. The Lease remains in force after the primary term only so much longer thereafter as oil, gas, or their constituents are produced in paying quantities thereon. No oil, gas or their constituents were produced on the property in paying quantities or otherwise.
