Zucker and Unknown Spouse of Rebecca L. Zucker, have or claim to have an interest in the real estate located at 951 Bell Road, South Russell, OH 44022, PPN 29-054450. The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendant(s) in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant(s) named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the property order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

The Huntsburg Township Board of Trustees will receive sealed proposals until 3:00 p.m. on May 20, 2014, proposals will be opened and read aloud at 8:00 pm during the Trustees’ meeting on Tuesday, May 20, 2014 for the Spraying of MC70 and the spreading of washed # 8 limestone on Township Roads in Huntsburg Township, during the 2014 construction season.
Bid proposals may be obtained by calling the Huntsburg Township Fiscal Officer at 440-636-5486 or mailing to P.O. Box 280, Huntsburg, Ohio 44046. All bid proposals shall be submitted on forms provided by the Board of Trustees.
A bid bond or certified check, cashier’s check, or money order, on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid amount, and liability insurance for injury to persons and/or damage to property in an amount not less than $1,000,000.00 and property damage liability insurance in an amount not less than $500,000.00, shall accompany each bid. The bid shall be let on a unit price basis.
