William D. Crowley
MUNSON TWP. – William D. “Bill” Crowley, of Munson Township, died Aug. 2, 2014, at home. He was 55.
Born Feb. 19, 1959, in Cleveland, to William T. and Marian (nee Kish) Crowley, he had been a longtime area resident.
Bill had been with the Chardon Fire Department since 1986, most recent as the Chardon Fire Inspector.
He also had been with the Kirtland, Willoughby Hills and Mayfield Village fire departments.
Bill attended and worked as program director for Camp Ho Mita Koda in Newbury Township. He was very active with the Chardon Fraternal Order of Eagles Aerie #2261, serving on the board and as past president.
Survivors include his wife, Laure (nee Kundrat), of Munson; children, Giovanni and Kelsey, of Munso; sister, Mary Catherine (David) McCarty, of Cincinnati; and extended family.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Memorial services will be held at 8 p.m. Aug. 8 at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon.
Visitation is 5-8 p.m. Aug. 8 at the funeral home.
Private family burial will take place.
Donations suggested to the family to assist with final expenses.
