ACT & SAT Test Preparation
West Geauga High School is hosting a series of ACT and SAT practice tests and follow-up sessions. All tests will be given on Saturdays at 9 a.m. in room 124. Follow-up sessions will be given on Tuesday or Thursdays from 7-8:30 p.m. in the high school library.
Each practice test includes a follow-up session that provides students with insight to the exam and additional preparation tips necessary for college entrance. The cost for one test and follow-up session is $10 for West Geauga students and $15 for non-West Geauga students. Students may take as many tests as they like.
The next ACT practice test takes place Feb. 22, with a follow-up session on March 4.
An SAT practice test will be offered March 8, with a follow-up session on March 20.
Students should arrive 15 minutes early and should bring No. 2 pencils and a calculator.
West Geauga students need to register and submit payment in advance of the test at the West Geauga High School Guidance office.
Non-West Geauga students need to register in advance by visiting or calling the West Geauga High School Guidance office. Non-West Geauga students can submit payment in advance via the guidance office or on the morning of the test when they sign in. Checks should be made out to the West Geauga Educational Foundation.
Tests are proctored by the Huntington Learning Center in cooperation with the West Geauga Educational Foundation. Please contact Mrs. Linda Todaro at 440-487-1663 with any questions.
