ATV bandits beware – a few hours of fun can be costly. Apprehended by Chester Township police last spring and charged with criminal mischief, two young riders paid more than $1,150 each, completed a first-time offenders class and put in 10 days of community service after damaging the property of Larry Komidar and his neighbor while riding their all terrain vehicles on their properties.
