Geauga County Commissioners are seeking to purchase property with plans to move remaining county departments out of their old office space at 470 Center Street in Chardon. Commissioners moved to finalize negotiations for the purchase of nine properties at 100 Center St. in Chardon for the purpose of housing county offices during their regular meeting Nov. 7.
