After taking time to investigate a planning commission request, Geauga County Commissioners decided Sept. 20 a proposed lot split will not affect an easement the county owns on Madison Road in Parkman Township. “The property owner under the terms of the easement agreement with the county is required to have the county verify that subdividing the property will have no detrimental effect on the county’s easement,” said County Administrator Gerry Morgan.
