Legislative Update
On Feb. 10, state Sen. Capri Cafaro (D-Hubbard) and state Rep. John Patterson (D-Jefferson) will meet with residents at the Hambden Township Hall to present legislative updates about recent happenings in the Ohio Senate and Ohio House of Representatives.
Much has happened since both Sen. Cafaro and Rep. Patterson met with residents at the township hall last fall. They will share new information and answer residents’ questions.
The meeting will be Feb. 10 at 6:30 p.m. at the Hambden Township Hall, 13887 G.A.R. Highway.
Park Board Opening
The park board is in need of a township resident who would be willing to help serve in the planning and decision making process for the future of the township park. If anyone is interested and would like more information, please call the township office at 440-286-4364.
A Plowing Reminder
Please remember that when plowing the driveway, snow must remain on one’s property. It cannot be left in roadways or just pushed across the road. This is a hazard to the neighbors and can also make the mail carrier’s job more difficult.
