Forney, whose last place of residence is 207 South Oval Drive, Unit 23, Chardon, OH 44024, and 1603 Pheasant Court, Madison, Ohio 44057, but whose present place of residence is unknown will take notice that on September 4, 2014, The Huntington National Bank filed its Complaint in Case No. 14-F-000716 in the Court of Common Pleas Geauga County, Ohio, 100 Short Court, Chardon, OH 44024, alleging that the Defendant John Doe, Unknown Spouse, if any, of Alisa R. Puzder, nka Alisa R. Forney have or claim to have an interest in the real estate described below:
Permanent Parcel Number: 10-008900; Property Address: 150 Chardon Avenue, Chardon, Ohio 44024. The legal description may be obtained from the Geauga County Auditor at 231 Main Street, Suite 1-A, Chardon, Ohio 44024, 440-279-1600.
The Petitioner further alleges that by reason of default of the Defendants in the payment of a promissory note, according to its tenor, the conditions of a concurrent mortgage deed given to secure the payment of said note and conveying the premises described, have been broken, and the same has become absolute.
The Petitioner prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s Claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other and further relief as is just and equitable.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARINGS

Notice is hereby given that on December 16, 2014 commencing at 5:00 p.m. and again at 7:15 p.m. at the Huntsburg Township Hall, 16534 Mayfield Road, Huntsburg, Ohio, the Northeast Ohio Public Energy Council (“NOPEC”), on behalf of the Huntsburg Township Trustees will hold public hearings with respect to the Plan of Operations and Governance for the aggregation of competitive retail natural gas (the “Aggregation Program”), as previously authorized by such members pursuant to the Ohio Revised Code Section 4929.26. The Aggregation Program will apply automatically to all eligible customers of retail natural gas within thejurisdiction of Huntsburg Township, except for those who elect to opt-out. Customers may opt-out without charge during a designated opt-out period prior to the initiation of service under theAggregation Program and approximately every two years thereafter.  NOPEC seeks to provide low-cost natural gasfor consumers by selecting a supplier through a negotiation process and leveraging combined resources and buying power of member communities in NOPEC. The Plan of Operations and Governance addresses the following topics regarding the AggregationProgram: (1) goals, operations and funding; (2) consumer participation, including terms of opting-out; (3)customer care; (4) organization structure and management of NOPEC; and (5) the steps toward establishing the Aggregation Program.

NOTICE OF A PUBLIC HEARING ON MOTION PROPOSING TO AMEND THE THOMPSON TOWNSHIP
ZONING RESOLUTION
O.R.C. SECTION 519.12 (F)(G)
Notice is hereby given that the Thompson Township Board of Trustees will conduct a public hearing on a motion which is an amendment, identified as number 2014-01 and 2014-02 to the Thompson Township Zoning Resolution at the Ledge Park Building at 7:00 p.m. on December 17, 2014.
The PPN’s of all properties to be rezoned or redistricted by the proposed amendment and the names of owners of these properties, as they appear on the county auditor’s current tax list are: Thompson Twp. Park Commission PPN 30-703020 and PPN 30-703021.
The present zoning classification of property named in the proposed amendment is R-5: Residential.
The proposed zoning classification of property named in the proposed amendment is PR: Public Recreation.
The motion proposing to amend the zoning resolution will be available for examination at the Thompson Library Station, 16200 Burrows Road, during their open hours from November 24, 2014 through December 17, 2014.

FOR AVAILABLE CONTRACT FOR
PROFESSIONAL DESIGN SERVICES
The Geauga County Board of Commissioners is requesting statements of interest and qualifications from qualified architects to provide professional design services for the 2015 Law Library/Probation Dept. Office Space Project, a redesign of current office and meeting room facilities to serve county’s Law Library and the Court’s Probation Department space. Renovations may include conversion of the current basement Law Library to office space for at least five individuals. It will also address possibly renovating space in the Courthouse Annex to accommodate a move of the Law Library. The project may address cosmetic concerns regarding the first floor hallway and second floor office space as well as updates to building security. The building will remain occupied during renovations. There will be a walk-through of the buildings on December 10, 2014 at 1:30 P.M.
Interested applicants must provide basic design services for the Project similar to those defined in an AIA Standard Owner Architect Agreement B-141. Those services include the schematic/design development phase, contract documents phase, bid/negotiation phase and contract administration phase of the Project.
Please respond with a statement of interest in the project by 10:00 a.m., Wednesday, December 17, 2014. A statement of qualifications must be provided as well and will remain on file. All interested applicants must meet the qualifications set forth in O.R.C. 153.65(D).
