NOTICE FOR BIDS
Notice is hereby given that sealed bids will be received by the Geauga County Board of Commissioners, 470 Center Street, Building #4, Chardon, Ohio 44024, or by mail at the same address until 1:45pm., local time on May 3, 2017 for Home Care Services: Assistance with Daily Living for Geauga County Residents Age 60 and Over, and will be opened at Two O’clock P.M. and read immediately thereafter in the Commissioners’ Chambers.
Each bid must be accompanied by a bond or certified check, cashier’s check, or money order on a solvent bank or savings and loan association, in the amount of five percent (5%) of the amount bid and shall be held as a guarantee that in the event the bid is accepted and a contract awarded to the Bidder, the contract will be duly executed in conformity with the invitation and the bid.
Each agency must participate in a mandatory bidder’s meeting on April 26, 2017 at 2:00 p.m. at the Geauga County Department on Aging, 12555 Ravenwood Dr., Chardon, Ohio 44024. Non-participation in the meeting will disqualify bidder.
