the Village of Middlefield passed the fol-
lowing legislation:
Ordinance 17-139 Amending the 2017 Per-
manent Appropriations and Declaring an Emergency.
Ordinance 17-130 Amending Existing Section 911.08 of the Codified Ordinances to Pro-
vide for a Five Percent Increase in Water Rates, Commencing January 1, 2018.
Ordinance 17-131 Amending Existing Section 907.04 of the Codified Ordinances to Pro-
vide for a Five Percent Increase in Sewer Rates, Commencing January 1, 2018.
