Newbury High School junior Owen Otto has been selected for the 2019 Ohio All State Choir. Of the more than 370 applicants, Owen was one of only 165 students from all over Ohio that were selected for this opportunity. All State Choir is the highest honor high school choir students can receive in their state.
Owen will perform under Dr. Kellori Dower at the 2019 Ohio Music Education Association State Professional Development Conference on Feb. 2 at the Huntington Convention Center in Cleveland.
