Veterans Day Celebration

Kenston students and staff recognize and honor veterans and individuals who currently serve in the Armed Forces. Kenston is grateful for their service to the country protecting the freedoms that Americans enjoy. Veterans were celebrated by third-graders at Timmons Elementary School.

Annually, students invite parents, grandparents or a special friend who has served in the military to share stories about military life and their branch of the service. Guest speakers often bring military mementos to share.
Students honored the veterans by performing military and patriotic songs.

Facilities Closure

The tennis courts and the stadium are now closed for the season. They are being prepped, secured and winterized.
