Notice is hereby given that the Montville Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on applications, identified as number BZA-01-2019-HA and BZA-02-2019-HA on an appeal for a use variance to the Montville Township Zoning Resolution on the 27th day of February, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the Montville Community Center located at 9755 Madison Rd., Montville, Ohio.

There shall be no more than one (1) single family detached dwelling on a lot. Applicant requests a use variance for Second Residence; apartment above the cabinet shop be granted.
