Residents of the City of Chardon shall take note that a public hearing shall be conducted by the Council of the City of Chardon in Council Chambers of the Chardon Municipal Center, 111 Water Street, Chardon, Ohio at 6:20 P.M. upon the 13th day of June, 2019.
Said hearing is to provide the public an opportunity to comment regarding the City of Chardon’s proposed text amendment to the Planning & Zoning Code, specifically Chapter 1129 (Sign Regulations). The text amendment is amending the sign regulations in their entirety and to bring them into compliance with recent court rulings. A copy of the text amendment is on file and available for public inspection in the office of the Clerk of Council of said City, weekdays between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.
