   The Huntsburg Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application, on Monday the 17th day of August, 2020 starting at 8:00 p.m. at the Huntsburg Town Hall located at 16534 Mayfield Road, Huntsburg, Ohio.

   Application 2020-06 submitted by Mr. David E. Byler, requesting a CUP for an addition to his existing woodworking shop in the R-3 Residential and Commercial Districts for the property located at 15919 Mayfield Road, Huntsburg Township.

   Persons affected or wishing to comment may speak for or against either in person or by an attorney at said hearing.

Notice of Public Hearing

Village of Burton

    The Village of Burton Council will hold a Public Hearing at 7:00 PM on Monday, August 10, 2020 in Council Chambers on the second floor of the Burton Public Library located at 14588 West Park Street. Discussion will be held on rezoning of the following parcels:

  – Rezone PPN 05-038170, PPN 05-025800 and PPN 05-012250 from R-1 Suburban Residence to B-2 Highway Business

  – Zone the 5-acre parcel to be purchased by Preston Superstore to the west of the previous mentioned parcels recently annexed into the village to B-2 Highway Business (previously part of PPN 05-045320)

  – Zone the remaining Demko property west of the previous mentioned parcels including the parcel previously part of PPN 05-045320, PPN 05-045319 and PPN 05-145318 recently annexed into the village to R-3 Multiple Residence

   The public is welcome to discuss any questions or concerns during the hearing. Information for the proposed changes is available for inspection at the Village Office located on the second floor of the Burton Public Library.

  The application submitted by Princeton Property Holdings LLC to request it be granted a variance for use to allow for an expansion to the existing nursing home at 12496 Princeton Road, Huntsburg Township.

   Notice is hereby given that the Troy Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on an application for an appeal for a variance to the Troy Township Zoning Resolution on the 19th day of August, 2020 at 8 o’clock p.m. at the Troy Community Center, 13950 Main Market Road, Burton, OH 44021.

   This application #ZP20-5, submitted by Michael D. Yoder, requests that he be granted relief regarding an Area zoning certificate for lot frontage. The application for the appeal pertains to Article IV Section 402.11 Paragraph A which states that the minimum lot frontage and width shall be 350 feet, except for lots located on a permanent cul-de-sac road turnaround in a residential district and they wish a 250 foot lot frontage. Michael D. Yoder has filed an application for an Area zoning certificate and wants it to be granted for the property located at 16456 Claridon Troy Road in Troy Township PPN # 32-033100.
