20-F-000396 – Christopher P. Hitchcock, Treasurer of Geauga County, Ohio, Plaintiff vs. Richard Murray, et al., Defendants
Richard Murray, Eileen Murray, and Unknown Heirs of Richard Murray and/or Eileen Murray, whose last known address is 16018 Madison Road, Middlefield, OH 44062, and whose present address is unknown, and cannot, with reasonable diligence, be ascertained shall take notice; and, if deceased, their unknown heirs, devises, legatees, administrators, executors and assigns will take notice that on the 25th day of June, 2020, the Treasurer Of Geauga County, filed a Complaint in the Court of Common Pleas, Geauga County, Ohio, located at 100 Short Court Street, Chardon, Ohio 44024 entitled Christopher P. Hitchcock, Treasurer Of Geauga County vs. Richard Murray, et al., Case No: 20-F-000396, against the above-named parties, praying that the premises hereinafter described be sold for the collection of delinquent real estate taxes, owed and unpaid, is $9,477.91 together with accruing taxes, assessments, penalties, interest and charges; as well as court costs. Said premises is described as permanent parcel numbers 18-001850 and 18-001855. A complete legal description of the parcel(s) can be obtained from the Geauga County Recorder’s Office. The volume and page number for the parcel(s) can be obtained from the Geauga County Auditor’s Office.
The object of the action is to obtain from the Court a judgment foreclosing the tax liens against such real estate and ordering the sale of such real estate for the satisfaction of delinquent taxes.
Such action is brought against the real property only and no personal judgment shall be entered in it. However, if pursuant to the action, the property is sold for an amount that is less than the amount of the delinquent taxes, assessments, charges, penalties and interest against it, the Court, in a separate order, may enter a deficiency judgment against the owner of record of a parcel for the amount of the difference; if that owner of record is a corporation, the Court may enter the deficiency judgment against the stockholder holding a majority of the corporation’s stock.
The above-named parties are required to answer on or before 28 days after the last date of publication. Such answer must be filed with the Clerk of Courts, and a copy must be served on the Prosecuting Attorney.

DELINQUENT MANUFACTURED
HOME TAX LIST
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 4503.06, notice is hereby given of the forthcoming publication on November 12 and 19, 2020 of the delinquent manufactured home tax list of Geauga County.
Said list will contain the name of the most current owner and any unpaid tax and penalties.
Delinquent taxes may be paid at the office of the Geauga County Treasurer, 211 Main Street, Chardon, OH 44024 Monday through Friday (except holidays) between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. on or before Friday, October 30, 2020 to avoid publication.
Taxpayers who are unable to make full payments may enter into a written agreement (installment plan) with the Geauga County Treasurer to pay unpaid
taxes.
Beginning December 1, 2020 an interest charge will begin accruing on all unpaid taxes not having a written agreement with the Geauga County Treasurer.

ADVANCE NOTICE OF PUBLICATION OF DELINQUENT LAND TAX LIST
Pursuant to Ohio Revised Code, Section 5721.03, notice is hereby given of the forthcoming publication on November 12 and November 19, 2020 of the delinquent vacant land tax list of Geauga County. Said list are lots and lands on which taxes have remained unpaid for two (2) years after being certified delinquent and that are now subject to foreclosure and forfeiture proceedings as provided in Ohio Revised Code, Section 5721.14 within twenty-eight (28) days after final publication of said list.
Delinquent taxes may be paid at the office of the Geauga County Treasurer, 211 Main Street, Chardon, OH, 44024, Monday through Friday, (except holidays) between the hours of 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM on or before Friday, October 30, 2020 to avoid publication.

BURTON TOWNSHIP BOARD OF ZONING APPEALS NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING TO NEWSPAPER APPEAL FOR VARIANCE
Notice is hereby given that the Burton Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing to consider the application identified as number 1497-20, for a variance to the Burton Township Zoning Resolution on Tuesday, October 27, 2020 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting will be held via Zoom Meeting at www.zoom.us or through the Zoom app. The meeting ID # 813 0605 8542, Passcode: 14821.
This application #1497-20, submitted by Craig Voorhees seeks relief from Article IV, Section 402.6, Minimum Lot Width, of the Burton Township Zoning Resolution as amended August 14, 2019. He requests exemption from the 300 ft. regulation. He asks that this be granted for the parcel #04-150930 located on Butternut Road in Burton Township Ohio.

REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS FOR
CONSTRUCTION MANAGER SERVICES
Newbury Township
The Newbury Township Board of Trustees is pleased to announce the planned building of a new Fire-Rescue Station Addition/Renovation at 11111 Kinsman Road in Newbury Township.
A conceptual plan has been completed with a cost estimate of approximately $2.5 million.
It is now necessary for the Township to engage a Construction Manager for the construction of the fire-rescue station addition/renovation. Detailed drawings, specifications construction schedule and bid packages will need to be developed. The design firm will be selected at a later date.
The Construction Manager shall provide construction manager services as generally described in the standard form of agreement between the Owner and the Construction Manager (A.I.A document B801/CMA, 1992 edition, as supplemented). Additional services may be negotiated between the Owner and the Construction Manager. The Construction Management Firm employed on this project must have technical training, education and experience in construction management and available personnel, equipment and facilities required to perform the services. The firm must also have a record of successful performance as reflected by the evaluation of previous clients with respect to control of costs, quality of work and meeting the deadlines, particularly in the management of municipal fire stations or related projects and financial responsibility as required by the O.R.C.

Proposals will be received on or before 4:00 p.m., November 16, 2020. The opening of proposals will take place at the regular meeting of the Board of Trustees, at the above listed address, at 7:00 p.m., November 18, 2020.
The Board of Trustees plan on selecting a Construction Manager for the project by the end of November, 2020.
