  Munson Township is issuing a Request for Proposals (RFP) for a qualified engineering/consulting firm to complete design and construction of a streambank stabilization and riparian restoration project in Munson Township, Ohio. This project is partially funded under the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency under provisions of Section 319(h) of the Clean Water Act. The total maximum cost/price for performance under this contract is $268,000.

  The Newbury Volunteer Fire Department (NVFD) is accepting qualifications from professional architectural and engineering firms to translate NVFD’s vision into a criteria design that is sufficient in detail to enable the selected consultant to establish an estimate of probable cost, maintenance budget and timeline for the design and construction of these proposed improvements. The deadline for completion of these deliverables is July 2, 2021. After NVFD approval, the Newbury Township Trustees will use the final report findings to work with bond counsel to place a funding issue on the November 2021 ballot seeking voter approval. NVFD will formally authorize any professional services required and the associated compensation prior to commencement of this work. Professional services required may include, but not limited to, the following tasks: 1. Space programming. 2. Conceptual site plans, elevations and fit plans. 3. Statement of probable cost and conceptual schedule to design and construct the project. 4. Final report.
