FGP Explorers Series

The Foundation for Geauga Parks is hosting its monthly Explorers Series at The West Woods in Russell Township. Meet other explorers at the Lewis and Ruth Affelder house parking area, 15139 Chillicothe Road, to explore trails on the western side of The West Woods.
Masks are required. Bring water, binoculars and cameras, if desired.

Protect Geauga Parks

Join Protect Geauga Parks for a Zoom webinar, “Weeds for Your Needs with Doug Elliott: A Celebration of Useful and Interesting Wild Plants – Their Stories, Songs and Lore.”
A storyteller, author, herbalist and musician, Elliott will share his broad, practical, scientific and cultural knowledge of useful wild plants.

GGP Annual Meeting

Geauga Growth Partnership’s annual meeting, its flagship business event, will be held virtually. Keynote speaker William H. Fruth, president of Policom Corporation, an independent economics research firm, will present “Where the Money Is … In the Geauga County Economy.”
In addition, GGP leadership will present organizational updates address the events of 2020 and how they have shaped GGP initiatives into the future.
