ANIMAL PROBLEM
June 12
2:06 a.m., Madison Road, Huntsburg. Cow in roadway. Cow returned home.
3:32 a.m., Main Market Road, Parkman. Horse in roadway. Amish passerby stopped to help/lead horse. Deputy located owner. Horse and owner reunited.
ASSAULT
June 11
12:42 a.m., Kinsman Road, Newbury. Patron punched Zeppe’s female bartender in the face. He just left. He is intoxicated. He is in a car with someone else. They are driving around the building. Male who assaulted the bartender has a beard and was in the passenger seat. He appears to be mid 40s or early 50s. Victim declining rescue but appears to have a hand injury. Female advised rescue will be sent to evaluate. See report.
CITIZEN ASSIST
June 10
11:58 a.m., Mayfield Road, Munson. Employee from Circle K on Mayfield Road stated she has seen numerous Pennsylvania IDs come in the store to buy alcohol from younger males. Thinks the PA IDs are fake.
June 11
11:20 a.m., GAR Highway, Montville. Deputy spoke with complainant who wished to report and have documented his estranged wife showed up at campground where he is staying and yelled profanity at him. He said no threats were made and campground personnel kicked her out without further incident.
CITIZEN DISPUTE
JUNE 12
2:11 p.m., Sperry Road, Newbury. Neighbor yelled at complainant while on his property. Stated if caller’s dog every comes on the property again they will never see the dog again.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
June 14
5:48 p.m., Jug Street, Burton. Caller is en route to the GCSO. He states he was attacked by his wife, however, he’s refusing to give an address. Caller does not want GCSO to respond to his home. Wife arrested for DV and disorderly conduct.
FRAUD
June 11
3:02 p.m., Mentor Road, Chardon. Caller was live-chatting with someone on Facebook and was doing inappropriate things in the live chat. Now the other party is saying they will post the video unless he gives them money. Deputy advised. Report taken.
June 16
12:38 p.m., Juniper Drive, Hambden. Male is being harassed and blackmailed over the phone on Instagram. Male sent some photos on Instagram and now the other person is demanding money or the photos will go online. Advice given to not send money and block the account.
HARASSMENT
June 14
3:07 p.m., Old State Road, Claridon. Caller states someone is messaging her over Instagram. Caller states she’s had an issue with this same male before. Female states person in Florida is harassing her. No known name or address. Advised to block on Instagram.
June 15
6:22 p.m., Kevin Lane, Hambden. Caller explained she is moving to Florida and is having problems with two females posting comments on Facebook that were not true. Advice given.
NOISE PROBLEM
June 10
3:21 p.m., Mulberry Road, Munson. Caller’s neighbor has a poultry farm in their backyard. Caller is complaining about the birds clucking. Spoke with caller and have him some advice.
SUSPICIOUS
June 10
6:42 p.m., Farmington Road, Parkman. Caller received a letter in the mail stating if you want your binoculars back come get them. No return address, no name. Deputy advised. No direct threats. Nothing else observed that would identify sender.
June 11
9:52 a.m., Tavern Road, Burton. There has been a “sting operation” done on the caller for a decade now and she would like to make a report this is not her home and they refuse to tell her who’s home it is. She is at the home with an estranged partner for 13 years. Advice given to female.
THEFT
June 10
4:49 p.m., Bass Lake Road, Munson. Male had his wallet stolen out of locker. Male located his wallet with everything inside of it in the garbage can. Nothing was stolen, even the $200 in cash he had. Advice given.
June 11
3:38 p.m., Hobart Road, Parkman. Caller reports his Beretta 9mm gun was taken from his glove box last night while his car was parked at Champion Beach House Bar in Champion. Complainant told to contact Champion PD to report incident.
June 12
11:38 a.m., Bass Lake Road, Munson. Theft of $100 from a wallet that was in a locker at YMCA. Report taken.
June 13
10:47 a.m., Main Market Road, Parkman. Theft of 12 sterling silver rings and three piece Siam Jewelry set stolen on June 10. Business owner will be forwarding the video of the male that stole items. Report taken.
TRAFFIC OFFENSE
June 10
12:34 a.m., Bonner Drive, Middlefield. New hire for safety and compliance showed up allegedly intoxicated or under the influence. He left about 15 minutes ago. Deputy responded and could not locate described vehicle.
