Marie Estelle Schultz
Marie Estelle Schultz, age 94, passed away on June 6, 2023, in Cleveland.
She was born on July 18, 1928, to Tofalus and Anna (nee Tacher) Schultz.
Marie, as a young women, sang opera, studied ballet and performed in many plays at Playhouse Square. She loved singing in the church choir at her church of many years, St. Andrews in Cleveland.
She was a hard worker all of her life and retired from Hunter Manufacturing in Solon after working there for over 20 years.
Marie loved working in her yard at her Geneva home and enjoyed watching all of her favorite soap operas and game shows.
She will be missed dearly by her family.
Marie is survived by her loving sister Dorothy Ann Steimle; and many nieces and nephews, and their families.
She is preceded in death by her parents; brother, Bernard; and sisters Theresa Menko, Evelyn Kuhn, Dolores Vidmar-Johns and Gertrude Modic.
Visitation will be held at St. Helen Catholic Church, 12060 Kinsman Road, Newbury Township, on June 15, from 10 a.m. until 12 p.m., with the Mass of Christian Burial beginning at 12 p.m.
Burial will immediately follow at Calvary Cemetery, 10000 Miles Ave., Cleveland.
