Kimberly Ann Majka
Kimberly Ann Majka (nee Stone), age 62, died July 4, 2023, at University Hospitals Geauga Medical Center.
Born Oct. 14, 1960, to Russell Melvern and Edna Loretta (nee Williams) Stone in Painesville, she was raised in Thompson Township and graduated from Ledgemont High School.
Kim was a lifelong resident of the Thompson/Chardon area where she was a beloved and compassionate caretaker to the elderly for many years.
She recently worked at Seven Ladies Tea Parlor, in Chardon, which she thoroughly enjoyed.
Throughout her life, Kim was deeply rooted in her faith.
In her spare time, she loved making memories traveling with family and friends. Above all else, Kim was devoted to her two children, John and Kaylee, whom she loved immensely.
She will forever be remembered for her big heart and kindness that she showed to everyone she met.
Kim is survived by her children, John Majka, of Thompson, and Kaylee Majka, of Lyndhurst; and brothers, Rusty (Vicki) Stone, of Thompson, Gary Stone, of Geneva, and Jeff Stone, of Thompson.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Family will receive friends July 12, 2023, from 4-7 p.m., at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held July 13, 2023, at 11:30 a.m., at St. Mary Catholic Church, 401 North St, Chardon.
