The Petitioner prays that Defendant named above be required to answer and set up their interest in said real estate or be forever barred from asserting the same, for foreclosure of said mortgage, the marshalling of any liens, and the sale of said real estate, and the proceeds of said sale applied to the payment of Petitioner’s claim in the proper order of its priority, and for such other further relief as is just and equitable.

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
Troy Township
Notice is hereby given that the Troy Township Board of Zoning Appeals will conduct a public hearing on four appeals for variances to the Troy Township Zoning Resolution on the 28th day of September, 2023 at 7:00 o’clock p.m. at the Troy Community Center, 13950 Main Market Road, Burton, OH 44021.
Application ZP23-16 & ZP23-20, submitted by Mark Pollari, requests that he be granted relief regarding an area zoning certificates for lot coverage. The application for the appeal pertains to Article IV, Section 402.8 Maximum Lot Coverage R-3 Residential District which states, “The maximum lot coverage shall be 10 percent”.
ZP23-16: His current lot coverage is 14.2 percent for a variance of 4.2 percent.
ZP23-20: He also, wishes to put up a 16×20 pavilion for an additional variance of 0.2 percent.
Mark Pollari has filed an application for an area zoning certificate and wants it to be granted for the property located at 18490 Claridon Troy Road in Troy Township PPN # 32-074090.
Application ZP23-18, submitted by Marlin C. Yoder & Kathyrn R. Yoder, request that they be granted relief regarding an area zoning certificate for lot area. The application for the appeal pertains to Article IV, Section 402.10 Minimum Lot Area R-5 Residential District which states, “The minimum lot area shall be five (5) acres”. They wish to split the lot into two lots. One lot will be located on the North side of Grove Road and meets the 5-acre minimum. The second lot would be located on the South side of Grove Road and would be approximately 3-acres for a variance of 2-acres.

The application for the appeal pertains to Article VII, Section 706.0(A)(1)(a) Signs Permitted in the Commercial and Industrial Zoning Districts which states, “a. Wall signs shall have a maximum area of 50 square feet”. He wishes to have an area of 78.51 square feet halo-lit wall sign for a variance of 28.51 square feet.
