Carol Sue Evans
Carol Sue Evans (nee Harden), age 70, passed away and went home to be with the Lord early Wednesday morning, Oct. 4, 2023.
She was born on June 26, 1953, in Brownsville, Pa., to John and Mary Carol (nee Labin) Harden.
Carol was a 1971 graduate from Ledgemont High School.
Carol was an avid music lover and enjoyed socializing with family and friends, always making sure to bring smiles and joy with her. She enjoyed sewing, crafting, creating floral arrangements from her gardens. Carol’s sense of humor and smile were abundant and warmly embraced by all of those who knew and loved her.
Survived by her daughter, Stephanie Foucher, of Chester Township; son, Christopher Foucher, of Champion, Ohio; three granddaughters, Kelby Orlando, Alair Ladd and Soleil Parrino; siblings Janet (Jerry) Vogt, Joyce (Michael) McFaul, James (Estella) Harden; and nine nieces and nephews, and many great-nieces and great-nephews.
She is preceded in death by her parents, John and Mary Carol Harden; and brother Mark Harden.
A visitation for friends and family will be held from 5-7 p.m. Oct. 18, 2023, at Burr Funeral Home, 116 South St., Chardon. Memorial services will follow at 7 p.m.
A graveside service will be planned for a later date at Montville Cemetery in Montville Township.
