Mildred June Hartman-Murphy
Mildred June Hartman-Murphy, born June 6, 1931, in Cleveland, passed away peacefully on Saturday, Dec. 2, 2023, in Middlefield.
Millie was a devoted daughter, wife, mother, grandmother and friend. Always with family first, she enjoyed her music, traveling in her motor home, “camping” with family and friends, and living in Florida for 20 years.
She is survived by her children, Darlene (Lou) Lewis, Lorry (Brian) Lutz, Patricia (Jim) Vasseur, David (Cetta) Hartman; step-son, Michael (Becky) Murphy; and all her wonderful grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and dear friends.
Preceded in death are Millie’s husband, Melvin Hartman; husband, Steward Murphy; parents, Joseph and Jane Peters; sister, Fran; sons-in-law, Pete Kostelec and George Burich; and grandson Matthew.
A private family graveside service will take place at All Souls Cemetery, Chardon Township.
