CFMS Students Of The Month
The mission of the Chagrin Falls Middle School Students of the Month is to acknowledge and reward students for exemplary performance. The students depict Tiger Techniques: Think, Integrity, Grit, Effort and Responsibility. Each month, the seventh- and eighth-grade teams collaborate and choose a male and female “Tiger of the Month” and the students receive personalized tiger water bottles from the PTO.
Students of the Month for December are seventh-graders Audrey Bricker and Mason Burke; and eighth-graders Eleanor Cain and Ben Lyndall.
Audrey Bricker’s positive energy and genuine kindness radiate throughout the classroom. Her active participation in discussions and willingness to help others are always noticed and appreciated by her teachers. Audrey is consistently dedicated to bringing creativity to projects and going above and beyond with her work. She frequently shares creative new strategies to solve problems. Audrey is also an excellent journalist, and the Tiger Tales is so lucky to have her on the team.
Mason Burke is always patient, kind and respectful to his peers and teachers. His calm demeanor and thoughtful contributions create a positive learning environment for everyone. Mason’s dedication to his work and class time are apparent when working within a group setting. Mason is kind and helpful to students and willing to share ideas. Mason is a wonderful role model for his peers.
Eleanor Cain is the epitome of a well-rounded student. She is always on top of her education and strives to be the best she can in everything she does. She does work for home, extra work, and is excited to learn about all topics. She truly cares about her work and it shows through her work ethic. Along with this, Eleanor is always willing to lend a helping hand when needed. She works well with her peers and is a great role model for others.
Ben Lyndall takes pride in his work and always pushes himself to learn new things. He has such a positive attitude and wonderful work ethic. Ben is also an excellent violinist and has made great strides in the eighth-grade orchestra. Ben consistently has thoughtful contributions in all Honors English Socratic Seminars and took on a difficult role in our Shakespeare Twelfth Night unit as Malvolio.
