Kronk Trust Dated January 9, 2007 you will take notice that on October 31, 2023, Plaintiff, filed a Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Common Pleas Court, 100 Short Court, Suite 300, Chardon, OH 44024, being Case No. 23-F-000648, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $71,930.23, plus interest at 7.74000% per annum from February 15, 2023, plus late charges and attorney fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 11374 Claridon Troy Road, Chardon, OH 44024, being permanent parcel number 12-037700.

 Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.

 Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.

 Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the 22nd day of February, 2024.

 Notice is hereby given that the Russell Township Board of Zoning Appeals will have four Public Hearings for appeals seeking a variance to the Russell Township Zoning Resolution on Monday, February 5, 2024, at 7:00 p.m. at the Russell Township Town Hall.

 Application #558: Submitted by Mr. Christopher Weeder. The property is located at 14493 Chillicothe Road. There are two parcels; parcel #26-123600 and parcel #26-214050. The Applicant is seeking to consolidate the two lots and then split them, to make two buildable lots. The Applicant is seeking Three Variances.  The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District will be accepting sealed proposals until, Thursday, February 15, 2024, at 3:00 PM at 5138 Enterprise Blvd., Warren, OH 44481 and opened and read for:

 THE DEVELOPMENT AND DISTRIBUTION OF POSTCARD MAILERS TO ALL ELIGIBLE HOUSEHOLDS WITHIN GEAUGA AND TRUMBULL COUNTIES, OHIO. 

 A copy of the specifications along with proposal pages may be obtained at the Solid Waste District office at 5138 Enterprise Blvd, Warren, OH 44481 or on the district website at www.startrecycling.com 

 FAILURE TO OBTAIN PROPOSAL FROM THE DISTRICT MAY RESULT IN PROPOSAL REJECTION DUE TO NON-COMPLIANCE WITH REQUIREMENTS OF THE PROPOSAL RESPONSE FORMAT AND OFFICIAL ADDENDUM NOTIFICATION/S. 

 Proposals from corporations not charted in Ohio MUST be accompanied by proper certifications that such corporation is authorized to do business in Ohio.

 Attention to the submitting party is directed to the requirements that each proposal must be accompanied by a non-collusion affidavit, properly executed by the submitting party. Further, the submitting party will be required to execute an affidavit required by Sec. 5719.042 of the Ohio Revised Code. No payment shall be made on any contract for which no such affidavit has been submitted.

 The Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals and to waive informalities. In addition, the District Board of Directors reserves the right to participate in the state contracts which the Department of Administrative Services, Office of State Purchasing has entered for the purchase of supplies, equipment, and certain materials pursuant to ORC Section 125.04. No proposals may be withdrawn for at least sixty (60) days after the opening thereof.

Each submitting party must ensure that all employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of race, sex, color, or national origin.
