Mark Alan Ruple Jr.
Mark Alan Ruple Jr., age 47, a lifelong resident of Chardon, Ohio, passed away on Oct. 10, 2025, in Euclid, Ohio.
He was born on Sept. 2, 1978, in Mayfield Heights, Ohio, to Mark Alan and Daila A. (nee Baleika) Ruple. Mark grew up in Chardon, where he attended Chardon High School and proudly called the community home throughout his life.
Mark was a dedicated supervisor at the family business, Ruple Paving & Seal Coating. He took great pride in his work and was known for his strong work ethic, dependability and quiet strength. The business wasn’t just a job to him, it was a family legacy that he helped build and uphold.
Outside of work, Mark enjoyed playing poker. He appreciated the challenge of the game and the friendships he made around the table.
He is survived by his loving mother, Daila Ruple, of Chardon Township; and his sister, Natalie Ruple, of Chardon Township.
He was preceded in death by his father, Mark Alan Ruple Sr.
Private burial will be held at Larned Cemetery in Chardon Township.
