Notice of Dissolution to Creditors and Claimants against Corporation pursuant to ORC 1701.87
Notice of Dissolution of Red Gate Window & Door Company. Red Gate Window & Door Company, an Ohio corporation (the “corporation”) has dissolved. You must present to the corporation any claim against the corporation, including any claim by a creditor or any claim that is conditional, unmatured, or contingent upon the occurence or nonoccurence of future events, pursuant to the following:
All claims shall be presented in writing and shall identify the claimant and contain sufficient information to reasonably inform the corporation of the substance of the claim.
The mailing address to which the person must send the claims is: 10090 Queens Way, Chagrin Falls, Ohio 44023.
The deadline by which the corporation must receive the claim is sixty (60) days after the date this notice is given (the “Deadline”).
The claim will be barred if the corporation does not receive the claim by the deadline.
The corporation may make distributions to other creditors or claimants, including distributions to shareholders of the corporation, without further notice to the claimant.

Mendelara, you will take notice that on October 25, 2025, Plaintiff, filed an Amended Complaint for foreclosure in the Geauga County Court of Common Pleas, 100 Short Court Street, Room 300, Chardon, Ohio 44024, being Case No. 25-F-000224, alleging that there is due to the Plaintiff the sum of $76,965.76, and a non-interest bearing deferred balance of $3,374.13 plus interest at 6.500% per annum from March 01, 2024, plus late charges and fees applicable to the terms of a Promissory Note secured by a Mortgage on the real property, which has a street address of 16595 Wren Road, Chagrin Falls, OH 44023, being permanent Parcel Number: 02051645.
Plaintiff further alleges that by reason of a default in payment of said Promissory Note, the conditions of said Mortgage have been broken and the same has become absolute.
Plaintiff prays that the Defendant named above be required to answer and assert any interest in said real property or be forever barred from asserting any interest therein, for foreclosure of said mortgage, marshalling of liens, and the sale of said real property, and that the proceeds of said sale be applied according to law.
Said Defendant is required to file an Answer on or before the twenty-eighth day following the last date of Publication.
