East Geauga Kiwanis Club recently recognized Cardinal Elementary School third-graders Dane Knauff and Lyla Slone for their good grades and good behavior during the second quarter. Each student received a certificate and four literature books from the club.
Love the Bus Month
February is nationally recognized as Love the Bus Month, a time when schools and communities across the country come together to celebrate the yellow school bus and the professionals who safely transport students each day. Cardinal Elementary School students wrote notes and created cards to show appreciation for the district’s Transportation Department.
