Auburn Roadside Litter Pickup Day
April 25, 8 a.m. to noon
Auburn Township is participating in the annual Great American Clean-up campaign hosted by Geauga-Trumbull Solid Waste Management District. The community is invited to join dedicated Scout troops and 4-H clubs to clean up littered township roadways and properties.
GTSWM supplies trash bags and gloves, and the township’s service department will pick up the full bags left along the roadsides.
Residents who wish to pick up litter on their streets should leave full trash bags and call 440-543-8366 to arrange pickup.
Meet at the township service garage, 17666 Auburn Road, to pick up supplies and choose an area to patrol.
Join the township trustees at the service garage for hot dogs, snacks and beverages following the event.
