As Chester Township resident Molly Johnson recently reflected on winning the Sue Cavanaugh Award for Excellence for her clay piece “Gravity Particle,” she recalled taking her first sculpture class at Kent State University. “I was just kind of hooked,” she said in an April 10 interview.
