Patricia J. Kuhen
Heaven just got a little rowdier and a lot more Irish. Patricia J. Kuhen died peacefully on May 6, 2026, at the age of 80.
She was a homemaker who was a devoted mother, grandmother, great-grandmother and had many nieces and nephews.
Pat is survived by her children, Laurie Kuhen (Lesley), Scott Kuhen and Theresa Kuhen; and grandchildren, Joshua Brown, Maggie Carter (Vela) and Rick Zeigler; and two great-grandchildren, Malaki and Matilda Carter. She also is survived by her three brothers, John (Susan), Joe and Danny Moore.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Mary E. Moore and Joseph Moore; and her sisters, Mary Moore and Katherine Kocab (Jim).
Pat was an animal lover through and through. She provided care for dogs in need and volunteered at the Humane Society. She took in many sick or injured animals and nursed them back to health. A bird she named Frankie fell from a nest with only a few feathers, was fed with a dropper until he was healthy enough to fly away on his own.
Along with caring for her many animals, Pat was known to be a phenomenal cook, making everything homemade.
Per her request, there will be no services.

Arrangements and cremation entrusted to DeJohn Funeral Home in Chardon, Ohio.
