Dale P. Decker

Born on Feb. 6, 1952, in Cleveland, Ohio, Dale was the son of the late Robert and Regina (nee Washek) Decker.
He graduated from Euclid High School in 1971 and went on to dedicate 30 years of service as a custodian with the Warrensville Heights City School District.
Dale was a hardworking and devoted family man who found joy in life’s simple pleasures. He loved fishing and hunting and especially enjoyed taking rides on his Harley-Davidson motorcycle.
His easygoing nature and strong work ethic earned him the respect and friendship of many throughout the years.
On July 26, 1980, Dale married the love of his life, Sharon (nee Glassburner) Decker. Together they shared 45 years of marriage filled with love, companionship and cherished memories.
He is survived by his beloved wife, Sharon Decker; his sisters, Darlene (Rich) Leimbach and Lois (David) DiBiase; and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents, Dale was preceded in death by other family members who welcomed him into eternal rest.
Dale will be remembered for his dedication to his family, his loyalty to friends and the enjoyment he found in the outdoors and on the open road. His memory will be treasured by all who knew and loved him.
Dale’s wishes were for cremation and no formal services will be held.
