Kindergarten Registration

West Geauga Local Schools will be conducting kindergarten registration for the 2013-14 school year Feb. 4-8.

Registrations will be conducted by appointment only. Appointment times will be between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday. Evening hours are offered on Wednesday.

Appointments may be scheduled by calling 440-729-6806 or 440-729-5900.

Registration paperwork and information will be available at www.westg.org or by picking up a packet at any district building. Registration forms need to be completed before one’s appointment time.

Only a parent or legal guardian may register a child, must appear in person and must provide required identification (valid driver’s license, passport or state picture ID).

The following documentation is required along with the completed registration forms: original or certified copy of the child’s birth certificate; two proofs of residency; immunization records; and certified divorce and/or custodial agreement (if applicable).
