Animal Problem
July 5
2:44 p.m., Bass Lake Road, Munson. Daughters at home and they found a large snake in the rafter in the Bass Lake. Caller was provided a number for pest control and was satisfied.
10:07 p.m., Kinsman Road, Newbury. Birds leg is caught and he is stuck on roof by back patio. Unknown what kind of bird. Unable to climb on roof for a bird.
Citizen Dispute
July 6
10:44 p.m., Aquilla Road, Burton. Complainant requesting to speak with a deputy. Someone just sent him a picture of his 3-year-old holding a gun and wearing ear protection. Exs current boyfriend was having him shoot a gun. Caller does not feel this is acceptable and wants his ex advised of such. Ex lives somewhere in Parkman. Male was advised to report any possible violation of custody agreements to the court that journalized the custody agreement.
Domestic Dispute
July 5
5:53 p.m., Ravenna Road, Munson. Near Western Reserve, female walking northbound on Route 44. Male in red car following her, tried to get her in car. Male had tattoos. Female was walking because she had a fight with her live-in boyfriend. Male in red car was the boyfriend. He did not want her to walk on 44, so was trying to give her a ride. Boyfriend was suspended. Summons issued to boyfriend. Deputy gave the female a ride to Chardon so she could use the sidewalks.
Extra Patrol
July 9
5:52 p.m., Ravenna Road, Munson. There are a couple hostile circumstances at the shelter, so they would like extra patrol. They would not give the names of the subjects to watch out for, just keep watch for any unusual activity.
Juvenile Problem
July 6
5:51 p.m., View Drive, Newbury. Kiwanis Lake Beach, group of kids are on the beach. They have been instructed they were not to be here because they do not pay their dues and are refusing to leave. Two males, about 17 years old. One male warned for trespass. Advice given to the complainant.
July 8
11:58 p.m., Cumberland Trail, Auburn. Two juveniles, at least one male, knocking on the doors and yelling obscenities. They were doing this last night as well. Caller did not see which direction they ran and does not need to speak with the deputy. Deputy advised.
Traffic Crash
July 8
1:55 p.m., GAR Highway, Hambden. Garbage truck and pickup. Looks like driver is dead. Shutting down Route 6 until a deputy arrives on scene. Patient refused care and transport driver of garbage truck.
Traffic Stop
July 8
6:55 p.m., Washington Street, Auburn. Hitch N Post, plate showing a hit on a deported criminal or aggravated felon. Male matched exact description of wanted individual. Male provided a drivers license showing his identity that is not the wanted person. Male was provided with multiple suggestions and telephone numbers of ways to get assistance with this issue.
