 Burglary

Jan. 24
9:01 a.m., Main Market Road, Troy. Forced entry. Wednesday 2 a.m. Have video. Cash was taken. Report taken.

Jan. 28
4:52 p.m., McCall Road, Parkman. Caller came home to find his house was destroyed, medications are missing, items are thrown all over the house. Caller left house at around noon today. Complainant advises there was no forced entry; the house was unlocked. Subject resides in an apartment on a horse farm. Deputy advised. Complainant arrested for falsification, obstruction and tampering with evidence.

 Suspicious

Jan. 27
9:37 a.m., Wye Road, Munson. Stated the son is on the way over from Euclid to collect. Last time he beat his father up. Father stated his son might have a gun and possibly a knife. Stated son demands money from 81-year-old grandma. Male’s father stated he was arrested in Phoenix for assaulting two officers; son went to prison for that for a couple years.

Jan. 28
6:33 p.m., Cambridge Road, Chardon. Complainant has suspicious footprints in his yard that come up to his house. Would like an officer to come by and take a look. No human tracks. Tracks of a rabbit.

Jan. 30
9:34 p.m., Middle Post Point, Chardon. Lobby call. Spoke to caller. She believes her son may be tapping her cell phone and harassing her. Caller was referred to Chardon PD.

 Traffic Crash

Jan. 30
11:17 a.m., Hotchkiss Road, Burton. Red sedan westbound on Hotchkiss. Two young males with dark hair and beards approximately early 20s, took off after hitting the female’s vehicle. Female is stating the males said they needed to go home to get the information and just left.
