Vacation of Sandstone Drive and
the Alteration of a Portion of
Wye Road (TR 107)
Notice is hereby given that the Geauga County Board of Commissioners will hold an on-site viewing of the proposed vacation of Sandstone Drive and the alteration of a portion of Wye Road (TR 107) on June 3, 2014 at 2:00 p.m. in Munson Township. The area of Sandstone Drive proposed to be vacated is from a point at the southwesterly corner of the Sandhill Farm Subdivision, said point being approximately 527 feet west of the centerline of Rockhaven Road to a point at the southeasterly corner of the Sandhill Farm subdivision, said point being approximately 707 feet east of the centerline of Rockhaven Road. The portion of Wye Road proposed to be altered is the right of way width of Wye Road abutting the Sandhill Farm Estates Subdivision. A public hearing for the proposed vacation and alteration will be held on June 10, 2014 at 10:15 a.m. in the Commissioners’ Chambers at 470 Center Street, Building #4, Chardon, OH 44024, at which time the Board will hear comments and questions from any interested persons concerning the proposed vacation and alteration of said rights-of-way.
